John "Mike" Dale Waychoff Jr., age 78, of Woodstock, IL, passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Valley Hi Nursing Home in Woodstock. He was a United States Navy Veteran. In keeping with his wishes, no funeral services will be held.
