Bohumil Joseph Kozel Jr., 94, of Woodstock sadly passed away on February 27, 2023, at Hearthstone Manor. Bo was born on May 10, 1928 in Chicago, IL the son of Bohumil and Marie Kozel. He married his sweetheart June Lawrence on August 19, 1950, in Cicero, IL. Bo proudly served with the US Army in the Korean War. Bo worked as an engineer at Zenith Radio & TV. He enjoyed camping in many states with June in their travel trailer. Bo delighted in his time with his family. He volunteered with Meals on Wheels for many years, delivering food to the elderly who were housebound.

Bo is survived by his son Michael (Anita) Kozel of Woodstock; his daughter Jeannette Marshall of Buckeye, AZ; his four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Bo was preceded in death by his beloved wife June, his son Robert M. Kozel, grandson Brian Kozel, his parents Bohumil and Marie, and his sister Mary Ann Kozel.
